Take them out and then move up to the door of the Data Vault. On the other side of the next bridge are two more turrets, conveniently placed just after some cover. With them taken care of, you can keep moving to the upper-left around the central structure of this platform. Watch out for any bounty enemies with increased health in the area as well. Once taken care of, keep to cover and take out the enemies as they approach. You can focus fire them and use your Augments to take them out quickly to avoid their attacks. The large Larkian is a Scatter who will rush you down. Stop The Ascenders from activating the HPM-Emitter.You'll be shown a cutscene of the Ascenders who are here to take control of the Data Vault. Grab your pickup, take out the turrets, then proceed past them to the upper-left. Across this next bridge is just a couple of turrets, guarding a crafting component. You may need to aim high to take them down, but focus on any advancing enemies first while dodging the mortar fire.įrom here, head to the upper-right. There's a larger group of them up ahead, backed up by two mortar turrets. Take them out, then cross the bridge they were guarding to the upper-right. You've been tasked to proceed as planned regardless. There's a small group of thugs present, it appears they're Ascent Group lackeys. Take the bridge to the lower-right next, and hack the turret terminals on the other side. Be mindful of the explosive spiders, as they can approach from behind you as well as in front of you. Cross the bridge and take out the few opponents across the way. With the turrets out of the way, activate the bridge they were guarding to the upper-right. You can continue heading to the upper-left from here to find an ICE-2 chest containing an Augment, but you may be unable to unlock it depending on your CyberDeck level. Any energy weapons should make quick work of these, and you can use the cover around you for assistance. The first area involves one mini spider and two turrets. When ready, keep proceeding to the upper-left of the screen. ![]() Hack any you see and be ready to dodge those that are already on the enemy's side. These are Mortar-type turrets that launch explosives up into the air and then onto the enemies' heads. It's best to follow the mission waypoint here, and then any exploring that you want to achieve will be much easier once the area is a bit more opened up upon mission completion.Īcross the bridge is a turret station in the center of the room. Some will only be able to be accessed from one direction, and others only when available through the story mission. This whole area consists of small walkway intersections, joined together by retractable bridges. ![]() Proceed into the room and activate the bridge in front of you. You're going to want to have an energy weapon equipped, just like last mission, and as there are a number of turrets to hack, you will want to have at least a couple of CyberDeck Upgrades by now. This metallic and cold area is home to the Ascent Group's Data Vault. Approach the platform at the end of the pathway and activate it. Instead of moving back into the Waste management areas though, we are going to approach the large suspended structure in the center of the room. Get the train (or a taxi) back to the Arcology station, then ride the elevator back down a level to where you were last mission. The fastest way there is to take the Transit system to the Black Lake Towers station.įrom the station, head to the lower-right while watching out for Ferals, before heading up a path of steps to the Coder's Cove lobby that you found before in mission three.Īfter nogHead's assessment of this confusing situation, it's off back down to the deepStink. Now that your Imp is talking to you like it's malfunctioning, it's time to go visit nogHead again in Black Lake Towers. This is a delicate hack job, so you'll need the help of 圜orp's AGI, as well as nogHead's cracking abilities. Your task is to make that happen and prove your worth to them. Now that 圜orp is involved, they're looking to take hold of the Ascent Groups old data network and SIs. Then, it's time to find Kira, who is set up in a building up a flight of stairs, to the left of the Datanet news hologram (You can also now retrieve the crafting component on the nearby balcony). Once you've made your way out of the deepStink and back to Cluster 13, make sure you sell your duplicate weapons and armor, any bounties you might have picked up, check the stores for interesting weapons, and upgrade your current favourite equipment.
